Order Changes/Cancellations
We try to accommodate change requests by email, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be caught prior to the item being shipped. Â If you make a mistake on your shipping address, please email us at contact@evidencebased.ca with your order number and the corrected address, and we will do our best to make the change.
Defective Product
Any products that are defective may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please send photos of the issue to contact@evidencebased.ca.
Fulfillment Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is damaged or any items are wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
