Collection: Wildfire Smoke Protection
Protect yourself and your loved ones from the short and long term effects of wildfire smoke with products such as these Air Purifiers and N95 Respirator Masks.
Wildfire smoke contains fine particles called PM2.5 (particulate matter 2.5-microns in diameter). They are so small they can float, invisible, in the air for up to several weeks, and breathing them in inflames your lungs and other organs of the body.
Air Purifier Machines - Clean the air
Use an air purifier, or a DIY Corsi-Rosenthal air cleaner inside that space to help filter air particles from wildfire smoke. Our collection features filters from a range of portability and Clean Air Delivery Rates (CADR), including a personal portable HEPA device. More information on how to choose the best air cleaner for your space can be found on the Govt of Canada website.
N95 Respirator-type Masks - Feel better and protect your lungs
N95 or KN95 masks are designed to filter out 95% of particles that are 0.3 microns or larger, which makes them very effective at reducing the overall amount of PM2.5 particles inhaled into your lungs. Our collection features a range of uses, from disposable N95 respirator masks to long-lasting elastomeric masks.
* Please note that N95 type masks do not have a carbon filter to block out gases, however wearing one will still reduce your risk from wildfire pollutants.
